I. Chuck Maduka, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Pain Management and Internal Medicine. With more than 15 years of experience practicing pain medicine, he brings extensive clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care. He earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Methodist University and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Mr. Maduka believes in spending quality time with each patient and providing individualized, comprehensive care. He is dedicated to treating every patient like family—listening carefully, educating thoroughly, and working collaboratively to develop effective treatment plans that improve comfort, function, and overall quality of life.
